The challenge
Camelot has been operating The National Lottery since 1994. Times have changed and young adults are not engaging with lotto unlike previous generations. Camelot and their european counterparts from France, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, joined forces to try and solve the problem.
The creative process
We carried out a series of creative and strategic workshops in London, Paris and Sweden with game design students and European national lottery operators. I led the collaborative ideation phases and four games were shortlisted from workshop sprints; two were prototyped (see below) with a view to be rolled out in France, the UK, Finland, Sweden and Norway.
